We want you to love every Smidge® piece in your wardrobe. If your fit isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Smidge® packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
